STARTING FEE:

If the entered data turns out to be incorrect, the registration is invalid.



In case a competitor preregistrates for the race and then unjustifiably doesn't participate, he still has to pay the starting fee; otherwise he is banned from the next race until he pays the starting fee from the previous one.

- starting fee for a competitor in any category (except U15) in preregistration is 35,00 eur,

   without the preregistration 50,00 eur.

- starting fee for a competitor in the other two categories (women and U15) in preregistration

   is 20,00 eur and without the preregistration 30,00 eur.

- amateurs without a licence must pay the organiser a two-day licence which adds up to 22,00

  eur.  

- the starting fee includes a two-day ticket for the chairlift, that is on the 30th and the 31th of 

   August.

- the ticket for Friday's practise must be paid separately.

PAYMENTS OF THE STARTING FEE WILL BE SETTLED AT THE START-NUMBER PICKUP! THERE WILL ALSO BE A LICENCE CONTROL! 

A COMPETITOR IS NOT ALLOWED TO GO ON THE TRAIL WITHOUT A START-NUMBER!

Representatives of bigger organised teams will already be able to pick their start-numbers and pay the fees on Friday, the 29th between 18:00 and 20:00 hours in the competition office, the lodge under the lower liftchair station.

 

COMPETITION PROGRAMME :

Friday, the 29th of August 2014

10:00 – 15:00 free practise with a purchase of an additonal ticket for the chairlift

15:00 – 17:00 walking tour of the trail

18:00 – 20:00 registrations and start-number pickup (the competition's office)

 

Saturday, the 30th of August 2014

8:00 – 13:00  registrations and start-number pickup (the competition's office)

9:00 – 14:00  free practise

15:00 – 18:00 official practise (no stopping on the trail)

17:30 – 18:00 team leader's meeting (at the finish of the trail)

Sunday, the 31st of August 2014

7:00 – 8:00    the office of the competition

9:00 – 10:00  free practise

11:00 – 13:00 semi-finals

14:00 – 16:00 finals

30 minutes after the end of the competition there will be a winners announcement at the finish

 

The organiser reserves the rights to change the timetable with the technical deputy's agreement.

OTHER: :

1. The race follows the UCI rules and Competitive regulations of KZS-OGK.

2. The pickup of start-numbers in the application service for the whole team.  The numbers are to be picked up by the team leader or companion with a presentation of valid licenses and payment for the whole team.

3. The competitors race at their own risk.

4. Complaints will be admitted by the competition committee in in accordance with the competition's regulations, accepted by the main judge until 15 minutes after the result announcement with a payment of deposit of 12,50 eur.

5. The organiser is not to be hold responsible for the consequences a competitor causes to himself, a fellow competitor or a third person.

6. There will be a health service provided (in the time of the official practise and the race). Drinks and warm snacks will also be available.  

7. The organiser reserves the right to change this invitation and if so, notify all of the competitors about it. 

TRAIL DESCRIPTION :

The length: 1650 m

Altitude difference: 280 m

Approximated time: 2:30 – 3:30 min

The trail is partially routed through a forest, partially over meadows, there are also some artificially made objects – jumps.

The transport is provided directly to the start of the race with a chairlift.
