for event registration - identity data: name, surname, gender, street and house number, city, postal code, country, date and year of birth, telephone number, email address and password, which is encrypted and known only to the user, data related to the user’s use and profile: unfinished event registrations in the calendar, in case of purchase in the store: identity data - natural persons: name, surname, street and house number, city, postal code and email address. In case of purchase by legal entities, the operator also collects data on the company name, address for invoicing, delivery address, name and surname and tax number or VAT identification number. The operator also stores the VAT identification number for natural persons who do business as VAT payers, data on purchases and payments: all data on orders and payments are stored, including data on order cancellation, technical data: IP addresses, operating system data, and browser data are collected to ensure security and traceability. When visiting through cookies with your consent, we also collect data to provide better functionality and user experience, security, count the number of users on the website, and ensure the smooth operation of the website. A session cookie is assigned to each user at the beginning of the visit for identification. The operator can also store Google Analytics system cookies (website visit analysis) on the user’s computer. Session cookies are stored in the server memory only for the duration of the visit and are deleted immediately after inactivity, while permanent cookies are stored on the visitor’s computer for 2 years, after which they become inactive. The administrator stores and processes personal data to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of processing.

The user is informed about the handling of personal data by the administrator and agrees that the administrator processes and stores his personal data for 5 years from the last login to the Prijavim.se portal.

Data obtained on the basis of consent is stored until revoked.

In cases where the retention period of personal data is prescribed by law, the data is stored in accordance with the legal obligation.
