General Terms and Conditions of PRIJAVIM.SE

WARNING:

By registering on the web portal Prijavim.se, the user commits to agreeing with the general terms and conditions of using the services of the web portal (hereinafter referred to as the general terms).

TERMS:

The owner and manager of the web portal is Prijavi, d.o.o., Stegne 14, 1241 Kamnik (hereinafter referred to as the manager).
A user of the web portal Prijavim.se is anyone who visits the web portal and uses it in any way, as well as every visitor of the web portal who has successfully registered on the Prijavim.se web portal. Users of the Prijavim.se web portal also include sellers and buyers on the websites Oglasnik and Trgovina, which are integral parts of the Prijavim.se web portal.
Upon the first login, a user who wishes to sign up for events must register and must be 15 years of age or older on the date of registration.

GENERAL PROVISIONS:

The use of the web portal Prijavim.se is made available to an indefinite number of users who accept the service of the manager in the manner, under the conditions, and in accordance with the general terms of the manager.
The manager reserves the right, without prior notice, to change the content of the web portal or to discontinue its updating.
The user acknowledges and agrees that the form and nature of the services provided by the Prijavim.se web portal may change occasionally without prior notice. By accepting the general terms, the user permits the use and processing of the provided personal and other data for the purpose of operating the Prijavim.se web portal. The manager commits to use these data only for the purpose for which they were obtained.
By registering on the Prijavim.se portal, the user agrees to receive emails related to the website and activities of the portal.

TERMS OF USE:

Every user of the portal has their own username and password. The password is confidential and known only to the user. The user is obligated to ensure that their password is used only by them or a person authorized to represent them.

They must also ensure appropriate software (antivirus) protection of their computer.
Each user can have only one username. In the case that the system detects a duplicate user profile, the manager reserves the right to merge these profiles into one. When registering, it is necessary to fill in all mandatory fields with true information and choose a password. Impersonating another person is a criminal offense. The user commits not to post classified ads on behalf of someone else without their consent.
The user can, through their password, register and sign up third parties for events listed in the calendar, but is obligated to obtain the consent of these individuals. The user guarantees this with full liability and assumes passive legitimacy in case of disputes. The use of the web portal for any illegal purposes is not allowed.
The user must carefully store their username and password. They must be aware that despite care and monitoring, abuse is possible.
The manager is not responsible for lost data or misuse of the user's password. The user is advised to create backup copies of their data. The manager does not assume responsibility in cases where any of the users provide incomplete or false identification information.
Registration is also required for posting ads. The minimum age limit for posting an ad is 15 years.

ADDITIONAL USAGE RULES:

To ensure high-quality service use, the user agrees to adhere to all instructions and usage rules published on the web portal Prijavim.se.
The manager is not responsible for any indirect or direct damage incurred, including potential lost profits, due to operational errors of the portal or removal of a classified ad at the discretion of the manager.

PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED:

The web portal manager collects the following personal data about registered users:

  • For event registration - identity data: first name, last name, gender, street and house number, city, postal code, country, date and year of birth, phone number, email address, and password, which is encrypted and known only to the user,
  • Data related to the user's usage and profile: incomplete event registrations in the calendar,
  • In case of a purchase in the store: identity data - for individuals: first name, last name, street and house number, city, postal code, and email address. In case the purchase is made by legal entities, the manager also collects company name, billing address, delivery address, name and surname, and tax identification number or VAT number. The VAT number is also stored for individuals who operate as VAT taxpayers,
  • Purchase and payment data: all data about orders and payments, including data on order cancellation, are stored,
  • Technical data: To ensure security and proof, IP addresses, operating system data, and browser information are collected. When visiting, with your consent, cookies are also collected to ensure better functionality and user experience, security, counting the number of users on the website, and ensuring smooth operation of the web pages. A session cookie for identification is assigned to each user at the start of their visit. The manager may also store Google Analytics cookies on the user's computer (for website visit analysis). Session cookies are stored in server memory only for the duration of the visit and are deleted immediately after inactivity, while permanent cookies are stored on the visitor's computer for 2 years, after which they become inactive.
The manager does not store any financial data about online payments.

WHEN PERSONAL DATA IS COLLECTED:

During registration,
When placing or canceling an order in the online store.
Technical data is obtained automatically. Social networks and browsers provide data for which they have obtained the user's consent.

SECURITY OF PERSONAL DATA:

The manager commits to the permanent protection of all user personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the EU and/or in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot) and undertakes not to disclose it to unauthorized persons. TO WHOM USER'S PERSONAL DATA IS DISCLOSED

  • The organizer of the event to which the user has applied will receive data important for registration for events and, optionally, payment information,
  • The timing service will receive data important for the implementation of measurements,
  • Payment processors (for example, Bankart, PayPal, etc.),
  • Delivery services will receive data necessary for the transportation and delivery of orders,
  • If state authorities are conducting proceedings against a user on suspicion of a violation of applicable legislation, the manager is obliged, upon request, to provide the requested user data to the state authorities.
All partners who have access to personal data are obliged to handle it carefully in accordance with the law. The manager only provides them with data that is strictly necessary for event registration and performance measurements, for successful sale completion, or other activities. The manager never discloses data to unauthorized third parties.

DATA RETENTION PERIODS

The manager stores and processes personal data to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of processing. By completing registration, the user is informed about the handling of personal data and agrees that the manager processes and stores their personal data for 5 years from the last login to the Prijavim.se portal. Data obtained based on consent is stored until its revocation. In cases where the retention period of personal data is mandated by law, the data is stored in accordance with the legal requirement.

CONTENT OF THE WEB PORTAL PRIJAVIM.SE:

The manager does not guarantee the accuracy of information on the Prijavim.se web portal, as third parties may add information to the web portal. The manager also assumes no liability for compensation or any other responsibility for errors and the content of data on the web portal. Similarly, the manager is not responsible for any indirect, direct, special, or incidental damage that may result from the user's misunderstanding of the website's content. The manager is also not responsible for the authenticity of the posted classified ads and their content. The person who submits the classified ad is solely responsible for the ad, the photographs, and the content of the ad. A third party who enters their content into the web portal (event information, images, links to websites, etc.) guarantees that the content is their original work. They also guarantee that they have permission from individuals in the photographs or videos for public publication. The web portal manager reserves the right to not publish or to delete content in case of doubt about authorship or inaccuracies of information.

ACCESSIBILITY OF THE WEB PORTAL PRIJAVIM.SE:

The Prijavim.se web portal is generally accessible 24 hours a day, every day of the year. The manager reserves the right to short and also longer interruptions in access to the web portal due to technical reasons. The manager also does not guarantee access to the web portal in the event of outages in the networks of route providers or any outages, errors, other technical disturbances, or interruptions of third-party operations (electric power supply, etc.), and force majeure.

COMPLAINTS AND ASSISTANCE:

Technical support and assistance are provided to users at the email address info@prijavim.se. The manager will address complaints in the shortest reasonable time or will forward them to the relevant service (internet service provider of the web portal, etc.) to which the complaints relate.

VIOLATION OF TERMS:

In case the manager identifies violations or misuse of the Prijavim.se web portal, they reserve the right to block access to the user who has violated the rules. They may also disable access to users who intentionally or negligently provide their password and/or username to third parties. At the email address info@prijavim.se, the manager collects reports of violations in the use of the Prijavim.se web portal. If a user's actions cause any damage to the manager of the web portal, they are fully morally, materially, and criminally responsible.

CONTENT CHANGES:

The manager may change the existing terms of use without prior notice. The user commits to periodically checking the web portal Prijavim.se to see if the terms of use have changed. If the user no longer agrees with the changed terms of use, they must immediately stop using the web service and inform the manager about it. Otherwise, by entering the web portal, they confirm that they agree with any changes and additions.

PRICE LIST FOR RENTING ONLINE STORE SPACE OR FEATURED ADVERTISEMENT ON THE PRIJAVIM.SE PORTAL:

Publishing featured classified ads and ads in the classified section submitted by legal entities, sole proprietors, and individuals with registered supplementary work (hereinafter: legal entities) is chargeable. The manager will issue an invoice to the user for the provided service, which must be settled before the publication of the featured classified ad or online store. The price and payment terms are stated in the price list, and payment is made upon receipt of the invoice to the manager's bank account. Users of the Prijavim.se web portal undertake to ensure that their content and image classified ads are truthful. Users must not advertise services or goods whose trade or advertising is prohibited by law. In the case of suspicion of a criminal offense or other violations of applicable law, the manager reserves the right to cooperate with the competent authorities. The classified ad must not contain advertising for items and services that are not for sale but must only contain information and photographs of the item for sale. It is mandatory to state the price or select the option 'by agreement'. One classified ad can only contain one item for sale.
By making an offer on an individual classified ad and acceptance of the offer by the user who posted the classified ad, an obligation relationship is established between the seller and the buyer. In case of a dispute, it is resolved exclusively by the seller and the buyer. Sellers and buyers accept the manner of trading characteristic of the web, which is to a certain extent anonymous. The manager bears no responsibility in case of disputes between users. When submitting a classified ad by legal entities in the Prijavim.se store, the published classified ad will contain the name and headquarters of the advertising company. Users with an open Prijavim.se store can link to their own website from the Prijavim.se web portal only with a "no follow" attribute. Links to other websites are not allowed. The manager can disable a link or classified ad that they deem inappropriate. A user who decides to open a store on the Prijavim.se portal fully guarantees and is responsible for the legality of their business and ensures that they are registered in accordance with applicable legislation and that they have all the necessary permits to conduct the activity they advertise.
By accepting the rules, the user commits to act in accordance with them.

USER RIGHTS

Registered users of the Prijavim.se web portal always have access to their personal data through their personal profile, where they can also edit it. They can always manage their consents under the "privacy" section. All other rights can be exercised by the user by notifying the manager exclusively via the email address with which they are registered on the portal at info@prijavim.se, about the exercise of one of the rights, such as: correction, restriction or blocking of data processing, deletion of personal data, objection to data processing, data transfer. In case the user believes that their personal data is being stored or processed contrary to the applicable regulations governing personal data protection, the user has the right to file a complaint with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia.
